Invalids Asked For Escorts Services Benefits
March 16th, 2009 Deputies of parliament of Kazakhstan are shocked. Last week they received an official letter from invalids’ society “Tirlick”, of course, with request. The request, entreaty was not about usual services (transport or medical) benefits for invalids. It was rather 
strange and unusual application demanding benefits for using professional escort services.
- “I am asking you not laughing at this invalids’ desires”, explained Rosa Petrul – president of organization “Tirlick”. “Do you think that only healthy and young people are interesting in using companionship services? There are a lot of invalids, who cannot move properly and for whom it’s hard to find a person for private and friendly communication (especially attractive). ”
Rosa Petrul told that she was not planning to ask government for these benefits, but professional companionship services cost a lot and most of invalids cannot allow paying for them. Person should pay no less than 50$ per one hour, it a huge sum of money in comparison to invalid’s pension (200$). President of organization “Trick” also advices some relevant methods for solving this problem, for example, to give, issue special cards for paying to escorts.
Deputies officially answered that will make a decision under this request in the nearest future. Because this type of need affecting “social spheres”.
